My account was deactivated and Amazon does not provide me with details on how to provide verification details

Hello,

I am having hard time facing Amazon Seller Support. I have been selling on Amazon since 2016. I recently received a request to provide confirmation of my business details. As I had done previously I had provided an invoice from my bank for running my business account. After that I received information as follows:

We reviewed your account and the information that you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a Selling on Amazon account.

We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision.

Why is this happening?

You cannot sell on as Russia is currently not a supported country for seller registration. For this reason, we are unable to proceed with your application. For more information about the countries currently accepted to register for Selling on Amazon, go to: If your country is added to this list in future, contact us again. We are continually working on expanding the support we provide to our sellers.

Neither me nor my business are based in Russia so I don't know how this was assessed (both business and myself are based in the UK). I do travel a lot for my main job and I have been previously visiting multiple countries including Russia but only for brief periods of time. I have contacted both Health Account Specialist who told me that this is a mistake but I keep getting automated email saying account could not be opened. I provided my UK business bank statement, invoices, confirmation of incorporation, my personal bills and passport but I keep getting the email that verification failed. I don't know what to do and who to contact as I keep getting automated emails saying the account cannot be opened as you are in Russia which is not correct. Has anyone had similar experience and how did they handle it?

I did a quick google search for your company and there was a number of Russian looking items of clothing. Unless they are copies, it seems to me that it wasn't a random deactivation as your items seem to be sourced from Russia.

If that is the case, the deactivation appears justified even though the actual reason stated is incorrect.

could you have a look at this please?

last case ID is 10444516132

last response was a week ago:

"We reviewed your account and the information that you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a Selling on Amazon account.

We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision.

Why is this happening?

If you register any new accounts, we may also decline them."

As you can see there is no information on why the decision was made.

I cannot submit any additional documents since the button Submit for verification on the Identity Information Page is inactive so I cannot upload documents to complete the verification process.

Also I was never told which document failed verification ....

Could you check this please?
