I'm a book seller too, and sales have been dire for ages now. I can remember the halcyon days when I would get 2/3 sales a day and up to 10/12 at the weekend, but now am lucky if it's one every 2 days. Several possible reasons - multiple duplicate product pages for items not listed by ISBN, influx of the mostly foreign dropshippers, terrible search engine bringing up the rogue duplicates first in the search results etc.etc. Not adding to your inventory could be a reason, but....?

Six months is a long time to go without a sale.

Have you tried searching for your offers on Amazon with your buyer's hat on?

Chances are, they are way down the offers pages behind dozens of cheap offerings from megasellers or the ASINs are hidden from search,or the sales rank is very poor... and all of those things JillyB mentioned .

Do you have many books listed?

The conventional wisdom was that you should get something like 1 sale per day from every thousand titles listed though I think that now looks a bit optimistic, given the state of the catalogue and the masses of cheapo competition in books and the millions of duplcated ASINs.
