Removing my business from Amazon account
A few years ago I set up an amazon seller account and added details of a business I had (and a business bank account) to sell a book.
A couple of years ago I dissolved the business and closed the business account.
I would like to continue selling the book as a personal seller with a personal account but can't seem to see a way of removing my business or switching to a personal account. I'm getting warnings about needing proof of my business again, which I can't provide.

Hello! @Seller_SrOJ6JgRFD0Y8
Other sellers have experienced similar situations and came across the same challenges, without being able to solve it. Have you tried connected with our Seller Support team for guidance on this?

You will be still be selling your book for a profit so are still a business, however small.
You need to change to a sole trader after registering with HMRC as self-employed. Do this by changing your legal entity if your registration was not as a sole trader before.
But there's no getting away from it. You are still a business. You may not have to pay income tax if your profits are low and you have no other income.

Just to totally agree with the reply from @Seller_76AUwmqvSyRIM. If you still intend to sell for profit then you are still a business. Your comment about 'personal seller' - I assume you mean the Individual Seller Account ? - that type of account (the legal entity) is ONLY for selling off ones own, personally owned second-hand items and cannot be used for selling NEW goods.
