disbursement will be released within the next payment cycle

After receiving this how long have you guys had to wait to disperse....I have emailed MD today after receiving email that funds will be released...do i need to push anyone else to get them released

I received a notification that my funds would be released at the next payment cycle. Two cycles later I'm still waiting. Amazon's arbitrary messing about is so unprofessional and frustrating.

If you have daily disbursements you shouldn't have to wait for the next payment cycle.

Seller support possibly helped me get it released before. My funds showed as account level reserve which, apparently, they can release.

Received this message on 6th February which said our information is verified but no disbursements released despite our account being on daily disbursements.

Then on 12th Feb, received a message that our we are not verified & do not meet the requirements for UK business establishment ( We do meet this & have sent all the documents required ) & that now Amazon is assessing how much VAT we owe since 2021 ( All our VAT payments are upto date) & this will take another 15 days.

Its crazy how amazon treats its sellers worse than wild animals.

I got that email on 2nd Feb - but my next payment cycle said it was going be 16th Feb. I did not want to wait that long so I tried to disburse on 3rd but was not allowed to. I opened a case with Support and was able to disburse on the 4th

I'm sick of raising Seller Support cases by email and telephone calls that get cut off. Took eight attempts to speak to someone this morning. Received the good to go email on 7th February. Here I am, still waiting. The red box of doom is still plastered across my Account Health page. I've lost count of the number of times I've been told that my case has been escalated. Utter obfuscation.
