Seller Verification - Change to Legal Entity
Hi,
I'm trying to change my account over from being registered as an individual to be under the new legal entity I set up (my bad, I registered wrong in the first place).
In the identity information page I've been trying to enter my information (UTR number, company name, company number etc.) and submit my documents. However, when I press submit for verification the page just loops back and asks for the same information again. I'm stuck in the "verification loop"
I've been in contact with seller support but they've predictably been completely useless, they're just telling me to submit the information properly (I am). Are the mods able to do something behind the scenes to assist? I have seen old threads where you've supported with this before. Please advise

Could one of you help please?
I'm unable to start selling the products I've sourced until this is sorted, and so until this is fixed Amazon currently is holding £3k of my stock hostage (which is a lot for me, since I'm starting out).
I am happy to cooperate quickly to get verified properly and have all my documents to hand, but without help I will lose all of this, and that will naturally be very disappointing.
