Letter of authorisation issued

Can someone help with the Amazon template to complete the letter of authorization issued?I am not so sure what I am required to submit. I have got a limited company and I am the director and the sole trader of the company. Thank you all

If it is asking for letter of authorisation for you to act on behalf of the company, then you just need to write a letter on headed paper authorising yourself to act on behalf of the company. I know this seems silly, but many others have reported having to do the same thing.
