Amazon Not Accepting Applications to Sell “Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Hello, we recently created 3 ASINs in our account without issue, but shortly after, we were not allowed to list them nor send in inventory due to Amazon stating that they are not currently accepting applications to sell “Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)”. Neither Seller Support nor Account Health has been able to provide any update or timeline as to when they will begin accepting applications or how to push it through. Have you filed a Brand Registry application for the brand mentioned on CASE ID 16989062971?
I was unable to find an application at this time.
If you own the brand, please file a Brand Registry application so you are associated to the brand, then we can work with an internal team to review the error message you are receiving for, “Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)”.
If you are not the brand owner, there is a chance that Amazon isn't currently accepting any applications to sell that product and/or in this category at this time. You can learn more about applying to sell products on the Categories and products that require approval help page. In this instance the product is also seems to be prohibited from being sold in other conditions (outside of new as well).
