Brand Qualification Application

i have been getting this error below whenever I try to create a brand for my company to sell on Amazon. I have rectified the initial error by using an image that was taken by myself/held in my hand. But I keep getting this error. Can somebody please help?

"We have closed this case as this appears to be the same request as a prior case you created. Our guidelines for contacting Selling Partner Support state that duplicate cases should not be created. See case ID below and lookup your prior case in case log for further assistance on your request.

My colleagues have confirmed that you created multiple duplicate cases of your original case ending with #3182. Please continue working with Seller Support only through this original case.

What was the latest communication in this case? Were you asked to complete any actions?
