Amazon holding a payment from customer even tho it's been delivered, impossible to contact anyone by phone, all I get is chat option and then It's impossible to chat with them people they are too busy doing house work or looking after kids at the park when they should be working , yea if you read this Amazon delete my account I promise I will never use your crap service to sell again,

I'm guessing you will be on the DD+7 payment schedule, so you need to wait for another 7 days after delivery.

Amazon won't read this post. To close your account you need to do it via your seller account - Account Management - Close Account.

They received the goods and the 5th of dec, and i have proof of delivery, this is just crazy, I'm so glad It's nothing of high value. This is one of the reasons i have not fully moved all my items from ebay over to Amazon and just tested a few, this is not the service I want to deal with where they hold your money indefinably, I want my account deleted and my money owed to me paid, the worst service as a seller ever, you can not even get hold of them via phone , they make it so you have to chat with someone working from home who are doing 20 other things other than talking to you. I totally dislike amazon now and will never sell here again.
