Default return address
Hi
Im getting really confused as its all new. When a buyer wants to return something do they return to default address then i have to send to amazon after. Im not sure what to put im doing FBA. Many thanks

If you are on FBA then all customer returns are sent back to Amazon.
Based on your settings and the condition of the return Amazon will return the stock to inventory and resell it or make the item unfulfillable. If the item is unfulfillable then you can opt to have the item returned to you or destroyed.
