Competitor is witholding my inventory - PLEASE HELP
Recently, a competitor on one of my listings has bought all of my inventory from one ASIN and has shipped it to a parcel locker. I have searched the competitor's name and address (from his Amazon storefront) on Companies House and I have seen that the buyer's name on the Amazon order, storefront address and the name on Companies House match, so I know it is that person who has done it to me.
He is withholding all of my inventory of this ASIN to gain the Buy Box, which he conveniently now has. This is a violation of Amazon's selling policies for which I have reported, but I have had a poor response from the team dealing with my case ID and report. The complaint ID is: 10068369842 and the case ID is: 10067956972
Please, please look into this urgently as this seller needs to be dealt with accordingly - this is my business and my income at stake here.

I don’t get the logic, has the competitor massively increased the price of the product to cover the cost of buying all your stock?

if they have bought and paid for the items what's the issue?
as for buying all stock, I don't do it on amazon, but with wholesalers, I will frequently buy everything they have, so I'm the only person with stock
its a different story if they are holding your stock for 3 weeks then returning it as this would be wrong

post.i would also like to add that the buyer has shipped it to a parcel locker 1 hour away from his home address so I doubt he has any intention of actually collecting the items. They will most likely stay in the parcel locker for a certain amount of time until automatically being shipped back to Amazon then he will be refunded. Thus me losing sales and him gaining more sales by me not being on the listing.

Well. Probably he/she will not collect those items from the locker. It will go back to amazon and will take long time to relist. Feel your pain. I hope Amazon ban this kind of people

Please can you look into this asap - the seller who shipped all my inventory for this ASIN has now initiated the refund. So he has his refund and has had the Buy Box the whole time, and I have lost out on so many sales.
