Listing not showing up in search but listing is active

My sales have dropped massively over the past few days. My listings are not showing up for my keywords. It seems to have happened over night. My listings are not suppressed, I have plenty of inventory - nothing has changed apart from the fact the discoverability of my bestselling ASIN is severely limited. The test I am performing to determine this is to search the keywords customers would use on the Amazon website; The product does not show up in the results. This means that there is some form of discoverability limitation on the listing.

I tried the self service tool on seller central and it says that the product is “active and buyable.”

So far I am unable to figure out what is happening.

CASE ID: 10686133512

Amazon seller support offered to change the browse node but that should not be an issue as I was using the same browse node prior to this happening.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
