Rejected videos

Does anyone know where to appeal a rejected video? Amazon Help keeps insisting it is 'reviews-help@amazon.co.uk', but it is NOT. That link is only for reviews. I have failed to get a sensible answer from Amazon despite numerous requests...

Regarding your inquiry, there isn't a specific email designated for these types of issues.

You'll need to reach out to Seller Partner Support and inform them of your desire to appeal for a video rejection, along with the reasons for your appeal.

All I can say is good luck - any time we've had videos rejected - its a nightmare. They won't tell you why its been rejected - the system just assumes you know why and to fix it.
