I have just used eBay's support and I am not shaking in anger. The agent understood the issue immediately and offered a solution. That's all that is needed.

Customer Support is getting just as bad. Every message we get that comes from them on behalf of the customer is telling us we need to refund the customer no matter what the customers query is.
If the customer is wanting to return an item, instead of telling them to request a return they are just telling us to refund them. We respond, asking the customer to request a return and the next thing an A-Z is opened which the customer never wins as they haven't followed the returns procedure.

Yes I support this statement,
I have an issue, CR from USA said its a minor issue & UK team will solve it, Thumbs up to that.
But since then its been almost a month, daily submitting required documents with information consuming hours and the response is awful by the same automated bots, doesn't look like anybody care there.

Can't agree more. I have never once actually had an issue resolved by Amazon's Seller Support. When you contact eBay you are greeted by a a support agent who listens, and ultimately understands your problem, which they make sure is resolved before ending the conversation. With Amazon you're hit with someone who barely speaks English, doesn't understand the issue at all, before fobbing you off with an unhelpful response from a dropdown menu. You really are just wasting your own time contacting them.

We'rea new seller, can't agree more. Everything is scripted and the agents are not empowered to actually solve problems. They're there just to try and pacify you and tell you to wait for things. Really no respect for sellers on this platform. Because there are bad sellers, they paint you with that brush first. One thing I've said from the start, Amazon's seller policy is: GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT. Completely backwards.
