My account has been verified for 1 month and is still being verified

Address review verification triggered by my account,

I have submitted the corresponding information since October 13th, and it is still being verified.

I communicated with customer service many times, and the customer service only replied: It has been transferred to the corresponding team! No further help!

What's going on? For this month, my storage fees and service fees are still being deducted.

Full verification can take weeks, sometimes months, just with the huge number of new sellers signing up.

It is always unwise to send in stock until your account is fully verified for the very reason you have mentioned - the storage fees.

When you say service fees - do you mean the £30 a month professional selling plan fee ? - if so you can downgrade that to the individual plan so no further fees paid, and then you can upgrade again once you are selling, or pay the 90p per sale rather than a monthly fee.

Go to Settings - Account Info - Your Services - manage. and downgrade.

It has been going on for two months, and every time I ask different seller support, I get different responses. Every time I ask, I don't get any effective reply!
