【求助】伙伴们,大家有什么渠道或者办法能催促申诉团队给出回复的方法吗?
遇上了账户状况-商品状况买家投诉,我们已提交了申诉,联系卖家支持团队得到的回复是:只需要3-5个工作日就会收到审核团队的回复。
我们在2025.6.26提交了资料,直到7.3日还没有收到任何回复。
除了在账户状况页面打电话,大家还知道其它渠道去联系申诉团队或者催促给审核结果么?
任何可以尝试的信息都对我们很重要,如果您知道怎么处理这类问题请帮助我们,万分感谢!!!
