FBA KEEP CANCELLING MY REMOVAL ORDER
I AM TIRED SELLER SUPPORT WON'T HELP ME.
This is the second time amazon claim my inventory are expired. Keep in mind, I knew my inventory are not expired because I always double check expiration date and also print label with expiration date for each item. The first time amazon claimed expired inventory, I opened an investigate. Which result in lost inventory then amazon reimbursed me half of what my inventory cost
I sent a new batch of inventory amazon claim the same thing again, expired inventory. This time I tried to create a removal order to have my inventory back. Except this time they keep cancelling my removal order three times. I need help to figure out did FBA lost my inventory again then claim expire to avoid reimbursement for lost inventory?

Hi @Seller_vTLz4ID4tuRu4,
Thank you for reaching out about this! Just wanted to quickly check in with you, has there been any update on your removal order since posting?
When it comes to expiration dates on FBA products, please note that at the time of check-in at Amazon fulfillment center, all products must have a remaining shelf life that allows sufficient time for the product to be consumed in full, plus an additional 90 days. For example, a bottle of supplements with 240 daily servings must have a remaining shelf life of 240 days and an additional 90 days, which makes 330 days. For more information on this policy, please read through this help page.
Now when it comes to removal orders, please note that Amazon may cancel a removal order if the inventory isn't available for removal. For further information and best practices on this process, please check out this help page.
If you're continuing to run into issues with your removal order, please send me your case IDs and I'd be happy to take a further look into what may be going on here!
Thanks again,
Jameson
