we have an order to ship shoes from US to Hong Kong , which shipping trough Amazon buy shipping includes the duties and taxes

we normally use DHL Express trough Amazon buy shipping to purchase shipping for orders coming from outside the us
due to the recent tariffs, especially with china , i do not want to get surprised with huge adjustment , i know DHL will chargeback for the duties and taxes, we also have an option to purchase the buy shipping with UPS , dos ups cover the duties and taxes ? or i will get adjusted on this regardless of the carrier i choose , by the way on a Birkenstock sandal that sold for $140 and the customer paid $100 for shipping , how much would be the taxes and duties on this order to Hong Kong China from new York , is it worth just to remove china from ship to countries for now ?
