Seller Support and brand approval
Good evening all,
Pulling my hair out so trying the forum for the first time to see if anyone can give me any advice. I have added a new brand to my shop, added the products and the first product listed was accepted and is now active with stock on its way to Amazon FBA. They then suppressed all my additional listings for the same brand and keep rejecting me for selling this brand although I have an item active and selling.
I am pulling my hair out as numerous case logs seem to just give me the standard BOT answers. I know I am providing them all the information they need and have also called. They then pass this on to the relevant team and I get the same BOT answer.
As anyone experienced similar that can share a way to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
