Hello,
We have been using Advigator for a few months to manage our PPC, we have just received the below email. Has anyone else received this too? We have raised it with Advigator. Anyone have any idea?

Please note, unless otherwise notified, this will not affect other applications you have authorized to use in connection with Amazon MWS or the Selling Partner API (SP-API), including any API credentials assigned to your own account.

It seems quite clear to me that you need to take it up with Advigator.
They are not complying with Amazon’s policies and need to sort themselves out.
Not really sure what anyone else can offer on here, as it’s a decision that Amazon have made.
And having just looked up the company, they are tiny. They only turned over 189k dollars last year.
I bet there having money issues and simply can’t get the software sorted.

Yes. Got it too. I revoked their access in the meantime. The existing ads will still run. Just not be ‘managed’ by Advigator. Who knows what will happen.

Advigator have issued an update
Dear Advigator User,
If you recently received an email from Amazon about “MWS API”, then you can safely ignore it.
It has no impact on your advertising campaigns and our service will continue to work as usual.
“Amazon MWS API” is another service we were using last year to import the product catalog from Seller Central. Already deprecated and replaced by Amazon Advertising API last year.
We asked Amazon MWS API team to terminate the service, and then Amazon automatically sent this email to all users.
There is no action to take on your part, everything works as usual.
We apologize for the inconvenience

I confirm it’s working as usual. They sent an email a few hours later saying it was about another API.
You can find them in the official Amazon Advertising Partner Directory: https://advertising.amazon.com/en-us/partners/directory/details/amzn1.ads1.ma1.djgmnu0xy4r14nhhw0nq4jey7//
