Contact an associate "Support currently unavailable"

I have been trying to contact Amazon Seller Central through the Get Help section, specifically to speak with an associate by phone. However, every time I attempt to connect, I receive the following message:

"Support currently unavailable: No support agents are available right now. Please try again later."

I have already reached out via email and chat, but at this point, I urgently need to speak with someone regarding my shipment FBA18LC3DVF9, which has been lost. The inability to access phone support is causing significant delays and frustration.

Could you please clarify the issue with the phone support lines and provide an alternative way to connect with an associate directly?
