Brand Registry Pending Review take too long time

Hi, I registered my brand almost a month ago, but it is still pending review. My products are ready, but I cannot create listings because my brand is still under review.
I tried to contact the brand registry team, but there is no proper way to reach them.
I also tried to submit a new application, but I couldn't because my brand name is still pending review.
Please help me.

I took a look at your application and see that it may have been closed prematurely! I've reached out to the enrollment team to have them address this and will let you know when they get back to me.
