Receipt for business account
Hello everyone, i have been selling on amazon for the past year and only now i have faced a problem:
i didn’t upload a receipt for a business account the day after their purchase.
I have no idea on how i can do this since i also don’t have a VAT.
Can someone please help me?

If you are not required to apply VAT on your sales, you are required to provide a receipt for each order from an Amazon Business customer. Receipts need to include the following information:
- Seller legal name and address
- Customer legal name and address
- Date of issue
- Type and quantity of products supplied
- Gross price per item as well as total payable amount

Also, i have sold only one item, so i have to write just one price right?

Don’t post yours / buyers personal info on here - edit your post and remove it. Also consider doing it electronically so it looks professional and is easier to upload as a pdf.

Also what do you mean by gross price and payable amount? Is it the price i’ve sold it for?

By date of issue, you mean the order date or the date i’m writing the receipt?

Personally I’d use the date I processed the order but as there’s no VAT to claim I doubtit matters that much.
