Brand Name Approval - saying I now need but already have

When I try to add new listings I'm getting the error - 5665 need Brand Name approval

I already have brand name approval, approx. 3 years ago and products listed under this.

SS are saying that I need to submit all the info/pics to get approval but my concern is if I do this again will it mess up my existing listings?

Or any ideas how I can get SS to look at the situation rather than them just copying/pasting the info to send?

Hello @Seller_si68T6Ee8smsV,

If you already have brand approval and active listings, trying to get approval again won't mess up your existing listings. The approval process is brand-wide, not listing-specific.

For more details, visit Amazon Brand Name Policy.
