Declaration of REACH Conformity or REACH heavy metals testing report missing
I keep getting products taken down because of this. I ask seller support what I need and they just say a "Declaration of REACH Conformity" I have no idea what that is. I ask for more info and they are not giving me any.
has anyone had this before and know how to get around it? my supplier also has no idea. im stuck.

Have you tried googling ? - you won't get a sensible answer from seller support ! Can't advise myself as not my category.
