Hopefully someone who uses customisation can help, but in the interim i’d look at one of your listings where it is working and compare it to one that isn’t to see if there is something obvious.
Aside from that, please use a spellchecker on your listings and do a grammar check - some buyers will be put off. You also need to remove references to your website and saying that buyers are responsible for all taxes too.

first observations - although these may have nothing to do with you being disabled - but:
Your hero image has the word SH*T - I think an Amazon bot might pick this up and stop your listing from going live.
As Demel has said - best to do some spell checking. I appreciate English may not be your mother tongue - but this isn’t going to do your listing any good e.g.:

Mother in LAW & WEDDING Gifts
I suggest, although this may not work but worth a go, you change one of your hero images to a image that doesn’t contain offensive language and see if that works.

You need to ‘add customisation information’ to the disabled ones. Disabled just means that you haven’t put in the custom information. If you copy a listing it will not bring over any custom information you have to add that after.
