VTR Self Delivery
Hello everyone.
I dispatch some orders via the Self Delivery option.
I have recently noticed these are not effecting my VTR due to no Valid Tracking, but if we are delivering on our own vans then we do not have a valid tracking number.
Has anyone come across this that they can help with please as our percentage has took a nose dive!

An aptly timed forum thread but I cannot make head or tail of what this line means...
"Orders sent through Other delivery service providers will not be considered whilst calculating VTR performance and since we cannot consider the self-delivery option for VTR performance, this may impact your score."

Why is Self Delivery now affecting our VTR when it never did before and the policy says that using Self Delivery won't negatively affect VTR?

run a report to see what is actually invalid.
all of my invalid ones are from 2nd - 24th Dec.......and that cant not be right

VTR exemptions

we use that and since yesterday our VTR changed from n/a to 1%, i spoke to ss and they said it is a glitch and opened a case, they told me not to worry about it but saying that i am not sure

I've just had the following email from S/Support:

- You may continue processing and fulfilling orders as normal

Yes, I have just seen my VTR tank. Hope its only a glitch!
