Account now reactivated in US and Canada but still showing as deactivated in UK & Europe
I have been struggling for weeks with my account deactivation which Amazon says is because my 'account has been, or our controls identify that it may be used for deceptive or fraudulent, or illegal activity in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement'. I finally managed today to have an Identity Verification Interview and provided everything required, at the end of the call I was told my account would be reactivated as everything was good and accepted. I also received an email after also saying it had been reactivated BUT when I go into my account, the US & Canada accounts are reactivated but the UK & Europe are still deactivated and I can't see how to contact Amazon as it will not let me raise a new case (because it is deactivated). My UK account shows NO policy violations or anything else wrong with it. Health and everything else is perfect and always has been. I have had a personal account for 5 years without any issues at all. I am at a loss as to how to move this forward. I can't chat with Amazon as I do not have a business account so do not have this option. I can't raise a case log as I am currently deactivated so this option is not available to me.
Any help please would be greatly appreciated as I am losing what little income I get and am getting to the end of my tether with this.

It's been done!! Straight after this post. Not sure who did it but I'm active again, what a relief! :)
