The "PSP tanımlı değil" error you're seeing could be related to a couple of things mentioned in Amazon's help pages:

First, check if the KYC (know-your-customer) verification is complete with Payoneer. According to Amazon's PSP FAQ (under "I've provided all the KYC information"), it can take up to 24 hours for Payoneer's KYC verification to show up in Amazon's system.

Also, payment settings can only be changed by the primary account holder. You can find this requirement in the bank account setup guide (look for the "Important" note at the top of the page).

If you've already checked both of these and are still having trouble, Amazon recommends contacting Payoneer's support first. As mentioned in the PSP FAQ (under "Whom should I contact for support"): "For issues with your bank account issued by a PSP, contact your PSP first."
