Please help! items i do not sell appeared in my pending orders!

Very weird, but I just noticed all these random items appeared in my pending orders. I only sell ribbon, but all I appear to have orders for lawn mowers, bicycles bbqs etc. Can anyone advis what I can do? I would like to phone seller support firth thing, but cannot find their number. Any advise much appreciated!

If there haven’t ended up in your inventory and don’t come out of pending its probably a glitch.
Advice, 1) check inventory 2) watch to see if they move from pending to unshipped 3) check in morning, still there, call SS. :man_shrugging:

You’ve been hacked, put your account on holiday settings, don’t cancel any orders, Amazon will do that, phone them,

Yes I thought I must have been hacked, all bogus orders appear to copme from amazon.de should I just place my holiday settings on for there? or should I put holiday setting on for amazon.uk also do you think?

Thank you everyone for your help and advise, I am now going through the process of getting my account clean again. In the meantime, I am receiving messages from customers (for the bogus orders) to ask whats happening for their orders. Does anyone know if I should answer these messages to explain what has happened ? Just been advised to cancel the bogus orders with reason ‘no inventory’ so I suspect that my metrics will be affected. I have a feeling this is going to take sometime before I can finally get this sorted out.
