Account deactivated, how long did it take to be verified?
Have recently asked amazon to change the legal entity from sole trader to Limited partnership, Amazon decided to deactivate our account while they are reviewing this information. This is the email:
Hello,
We are currently reviewing the information that you have provided. We will contact you as soon as we have completed this review or if we need any further information.
We cannot give you an exact deadline, but our team is working hard to complete verification as soon as possible.

It’s been over 10 days now, I have a lot of stock and debts to pay how can a simple verification take that long?
The whole process is also confusing, as I receive another email on the 7th April stating:
but my account is still deactivated. what am I supposed to do about it?
Don’t get me started on seller support, It’s like talking to a tree.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

unfortunately reading the forums there’s no definitive answer
most people were deactivated during the process
the was a seller on here earlier this week stating his was done in a matter of hours, others are saying theirs is taking months
have you been asked yet to send over all your share allotments etc ? and did you get that email from them before or after the screenshot ?
