How to enter transparency codes when buying shiping in bulk

For FBM orders, when I buy a single shipping label from Amazon, there is an option to enter the transparency code but when I buy shipping in bulk, there is no such option. How do we enter the transparency codes for all items when we buy shipping in bulk from amazon.

Hello @Seller_JiEI2zR2ur8cc

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

Currently, there is no direct way to enter transparency codes when purchasing shipping labels in bulk through Amazon's interface.

Here are the common workarounds sellers use:

Most sellers print their shipping labels in bulk first, then separately scan/enter the transparency codes using the Amazon Seller App or Seller Central before shipping.

Some sellers choose to process orders that require transparency codes individually rather than in bulk to ensure compliance.

To handle transparency-enabled products when doing bulk shipping:

Create your bulk shipping labels

Before shipping packages:

Use the Amazon Seller App to scan each transparency code

Or enter the codes manually in Seller Central

Once codes are verified, ship the packages

Remember: Failing to properly register transparency codes can result in deliveries being rejected at Amazon fulfillment centers and potential account issues.

If this workflow is significantly impacting your efficiency, you may want to:

Contact Seller Support to report this as a feature request

Consider using third-party shipping software that might better integrate transparency code handling

Separate transparency-enabled products from bulk shipping batches

Hope you all have a great day!

Christine.
