Amazon FBA listing is selling as FBM with no inventory in "Manage All Inventory"

We started having an issue about 2 months ago, after a system update at Amazon. We have products that sell FBA & FBM, for which we have separate listings as we have done for the last 5 years with no issues.

Amazon selling SKU 8.......38w (ASIN B0........TZ / FNSKU X00.....B) as FBM when it is routed as FBA with NO INVENTORY. (Please note that partial numbers have been removed for this forum, however complete information is in the case ID.)

These Amazon errors should not count against our Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate. The listing is for FBA with ZERO inventory

We should not have to convert a FBA listing to FBM when the inventory sells out. Amazon should not be creating GHOST inventory.

You can clearly see that the "Manage All Inventory" shows ZERO stock for FBA & FBM, however Amazon is listing 5 additional units as available. That is in addition to the 4 units over sold. A SKU that is created as FBA should NOT be able to sell as FBM.

We do not use a tool or Excel spreadsheets to update FBA. We build shipments through Amazon Seller Central to add inventory to our FBA.

We have requested this to be escalated to a tier two associate.
