I have accidentally opened Seller professional account instead of individual account. I have already switched/downgraded my plan to individual account and I confirm that I have not used any professional features till date. Amount deducted from my account-£30 on 31st march 2025.
I would like to request refund.

you have to open a case directly with Amazon- this is a sellers forum and Amazon won’t see or act on this.

You have to open a case with seller support 'Help' and request a refund.
