How do you deal withy Evri?
For those who do FBM, how do you go about using Evri?
I'm selling a lot of used books, and sometimes the margins are to tight to warrant Amazon Shipping or Royal Mail, however, I have had nothing but bad experiences with Evri in the past.
I have heard using them through parcel2go gives insurance, where as buying through Amazons buy shipping doesn't?
Also, if you buy through parcel2go, you wouldn't get the protection from bad feedback if the item doesn't arrive?

In the past (when RM were on strike and during the pandemic) I used Evri, but only through P2Go. I did so because you could actually get hold of a human through P2Go whereas it's almost impossible via Evri directly.
A tip for the P2Go "chat", if it still works, was to type in "live chat" and it would cut through all the automated menu options and get you a live operator. Don't know if it still works.
P2Go are just brokers and ParcelForce even use them for payments - at the bottom of their pages - "All payments processed by Parcel2Go.com".
Can't comment on protection. So many have said that even buying shipping through Amazon didn't protect them, despite what they say.
For insurance, you have the option to decline, have a minimum amount or full amount when purchasing postage for any of the carriers they sell for.
