Have a return on the way back to me with the return reason "No reason given" with No further information.
Who is responsible for the return label cost. This doesn't seem to be covered in policy. Is it treated as a change of mind?

I would presume this would be classed as a change of mind return, so the customer would pay for the return.

buyer doesnt need to give a reason so it would go down as change of mind. Depending on the product category will depend who pays the return postage.
