KYC Document Upload Rejected – System Issue or Upload Locked?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently going through the KYC verification process for my Amazon UK seller account. The first time I submitted my address verification document, it was unfortunately rejected due to incorrect information (my mistake).

I then received an email from Amazon’s verification team asking me to upload a new, valid address proof document. However, when I went to upload the correct file and clicked “Save and Submit,” the system instantly showed an error saying the document is invalid – before even checking the file contents.

I’ve double-checked:

• The file is in PDF format (also tried JPG)

• It’s under the file size limit

• No special characters in the file name

• No sensitive edits or alterations

This makes me wonder – is this a system bug? Or is the document upload portal already locked after the first rejection?

Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a way to request a new upload link or contact the KYC support team directly for reset?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance.
