Hi guys its my first time setting up a item with amazon FBA.

Bought 4000 units before i could think , ebay was doing well so looked at stats but i guess this is every novices problem we dont look ahead!

ive sent in everything below what they have told me which is the following :

If you would like to list toys on Amazon, please apply by submitting the following items:

(a) Genuine product images or its packaging showing:

(1) CE marking;

(2) Brand owner’s name or registered trademark, and the address where the brand can be contacted;

(3) Product Identifier.

By providing all-edges, optimal-quality images of the product or its packaging, you ensure that all of the above requirements are met and reduce the possibility of delays in approval process.

(b) EC Declaration of Conformity - This document can be obtained from the brand owner, EU/UK importer or EU/UK authorized representative.

We kindly inform you that the EC Declaration of Conformity must contain:

• Product Identifier (product image or model number or product description corresponding to provided product images)

• Toys Directive 2009/48/EC and/or other applicable directives

• EN 71-1: Mechanical and physical properties and/or other applicable EN standards

• Signature, name, function of the signatory

the signature name function of the signatory i dont really understand. Im presuming thats with the declaration from the supplier? It has everything in it its even stamped and signed. I even wrote i letter on my behalf (watched a youtube video ) sent that in aswell. took pictures of all the packaging. its CE marked its got the address on it from the supplier in china. Also to this ive got the full letter of conformity from the supplier. it includes all the regulations. but i keep getting declined.

My parent listing has 3 child listings as it has 3 colour variations.

But they are practically the same product.

I JUST DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE. AMAZON ARE NOT EVEN TELLING ME WHERE IM GOING WRONG. AND WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE. they just decline.

Ive been approved for the hazmat issue. so that isnt a problem.

Im thinking if i cant amazon fba this issue i will just sell on my behalf and do the postage myself. But likewise its extra time i dont want to waste.

Anyone got any tips or suggestions on how to get through to amazon to understand what im doing wrong or where i can source someone to pay and get this situations wrapped up before may? thanks
