Proof Of Address Documents for Primary Contact Person

Being New Seller Need Support!

Newly Created UK Ltd Account is deactivated.

1st Notification: For the primary contact person/beneficial owner, provide a copy of a proof of address document. We can accept any of the following documents:
Bank Letter or Utility Bill

2nd Notification: The bank letter you provided was not sufficient for verification.

For the primary contact person/beneficial owner, provide a copy of a proof of address document. We can accept any of the following documents:
– Utility bill (gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, mobile phone, or landline)

Fixed Line Utility Bill in my personal name provided matching the address details entered in Seller Central. but received the notification that

" Your payments account has failed our verification process. As a result, you can no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk or any European stores. "

Upon clicking the Reactive my account option it directs to below page:

Submit for verification Button is Inactive.

In Help

Upon clicking the First Tab Select Issue “Submit an appeal or additional information to reactivate my account”

it again directs to

Email recieved 26-October, but they are not responding in email.

Tried to call twice, but of no use.

Please guide how to submit the appeal, how can i further proceed for verification.

Kindly support will be highly appreciated. I am trying from last 3 week but so far no solution.
