The FBA centres do not have phone numbers. Give them your own number. Make sure your carrier knows they need a booked delivery slot at Amazon, as all Amazon preferred partners have.

Regarding customs clearance, if this is your first shipment into FBA, you should know that you need to be the importer of record and the one responsible for all taxes and duties. Amazon will not cooperate in any way.
They don’t have a phone number for sellers to provide to carriers in order to arrange delivery. I always use my own phone number and never experienced any issues.
