Is Mod @Spencer_Amazon still monitoring the megathread about lost buy box/featured offer

Hi fellow sellers,

I’m reaching out because my seller account suddenly lost the Buy Box/Featured Offer across all 70 of my listings overnight. Seller Support has only provided a vague response, stating that my account is currently not eligible for the Featured Offer. Like many others who’ve faced this before, my Account Health and Pricing Health are both in good standing, and there’s no clear reason for the loss.

I remember there was a megathread on this exact issue about 12 months ago, and Mod @Spencer_Amazon was actively monitoring it and escalating cases to internal teams. I'm wondering if @Spencer_Amazon is still keeping an eye on that thread or if there’s a new place to report this.

If anyone else is experiencing the same issue or has found a solution, I’d really appreciate hearing from you.
