Cannot change FBM shipping template and new listings going live but not showing in inventory

On Saturday i noticed in my drop down ( or up) list that switch templates had gone.

Only option i have is to use the edit on each listing which takes hours to sort out but then today i listed a new item and its not showing in my inventory but alarmingly its live.

i cannot alter this or change prise/de-list as it doesnt exist as such.

Ive opened a case but no luck as of yet, i know a few sellers and they dont have this issue so i can only think my account has kind of glitched.

Now i cannot use edit as it says its changed the template but isnt ( asins hours ago not changed )
