Amazon Returns issue - Amazon MFN Tier 5

We have Amazon automated returns for seller fulfilled products. Our return address is correct on Amazon. When a customer selects Evri drop off, no printer required, Amazon provides a return label at the scan point which is not our return address. The address it provides is Amazon MFN tier 5, this means that the Evri delivery drivers have no idea where to go and are dumping our parcels everywhere. Evri will not honor the failures in delivery because the address is incorrect. This is only happening with the QR code scan at point. Amazon are saying there is no issue and we should monitor the returns 24/7. Has anyone else come across this issue?

My returns come back addressed to MFN tier 5 as well. The company name is missing but the rest of the address details are correct. I get the returns okay.

Does the address on the label not match your address? Do you share an address with others which makes it difficult for the driver to know where to deliver them?

I wasn’t aware that was how they formatted the address. We get more complaints that the QR codes don’t actually allow a scan in the Evri points.
