Account Under Review
Hi,
I'm a new Amazon seller with only 56 shipped orders. Every order is sent via Royal mail tracked 24 or 48. Every order has tracking information and all orders have arrived on or before there due dates.
Whilst under review I'm still receiving orders and sending them out the same way.
I replied to the first email Amazon sent to say the review was happening as one order was missing the tracking. I added the tracking number and sent this to them in the email. Today I got another email stating there isn't enough information to reinstate my account and if they don't get the information required the account will remain deactive.
What do I need to do, I've checked every order this morning and everyone has valid tracking information. No customers are claiming they didn't get their parcel and I've had no negative feedback.

Hello Clan_Shots_Gaming,
Have you run the Valid Tracking Rate Report, which might identify which Tracking Numbers are identified as invalid, so you can double check and perhaps correct them if they were mis-entered
You can cross-check the Tracking Number on the Royal Mail site, but perhaps one (or more) of your items was not scanned by the postie on delivery and so it counts as untracked
Hope that helps a little

post.hi. they maybe looking into business verification information. You would have received an email asking you specifically what they need or in your performance notifications a message should be there. If no luck...open a case on amazon and email seller support to contact the verification team and they will email you directly to confirm what is needed
Best of luck

We are in a similar loop with Amazon. We’ve been sellers on Amazon UK for over 12 years, yet Amazon Italy decided to put our account under review and are withholding our Amazon UK funds. We have tried submitting around 20 appeals at this point, all of which follow the correct format but we are constantly receiving the same copy and paste replies saying they don’t have enough information to reinstate our account.
I’m now considering the Amazon mediation option although that seems like a scam as well (you go to all the trouble of mediation for it to then be entirely amazons decision whether or not to accept the mediators outcome).

I've had a support live chat who looked into the account. They told me they couldn't see anything wrong. Asked me to reply to the email with screenshots of their own reports. which I did, but i've heard nothing back.
