My missing Disbursement payment
Hi I am having an issue where amazon says they have successfully dispersed the funds into my bank account however there has been no payment to my account.
This has been going on for over 3 weeks.
I have given my bank all the information possible but there is not much information to give as all amazon gives you is a settlement ID number but the bank cant use it.
I have asked amazon to show me proof of the payment but they are not able , so i cant send it to the bank :(
Does anyone have any advise for me and how to escalate this with amazon?
The bank is refusing to trace without account numbers from Amazon

Have you tried to download a report of your disbursements in Payments > Transaction View > Select the time range > Download the excel transaction report.
