Transfer Listings from Suspended account to new opened account
Hi. Everyone. hope all is fine.
Unfortunately! my Amazon Uk account is suspended. Now I am creating another in my brother’s name. My shipment for my suspended account is about to reach FBA. Can I use that listings on my new account and sell those products there.

No, you can’t. You have to know that already, because you’re already going against Amazon policy by operating a second account after your first has been suspended.

why was your account suspended ?
why do you think opening an account in your brothers name will not encounter the same issues ?
you’ll have to try and create a removal order for these from your original account
where do you live ?
If outside UK, do you have a UK VAT number ?

You can’t transfer stock OR offers between accounts. You’re also going to find your 2nd account suspended very quickly and unlikely to get your 1st account back up and running at all if you try to bypass Amazon’s policies by cheating the system. There are very specific circumstances when 2nd accounts are allowed and one of the requirements is that you are selling completely different products in completely different industries/categories…
Why was your account suspended? Best advice is to go through Seller University, familiarise yourself with the policies and attempt to get the first account’s suspension lifted. Don’t proceed with opening a 2nd account if you want to continue on Amazon.

Well, at least your honest i guess. The listings unless locked behind Brand Registry would be open to anyone to list on - but the stock that is en-route cannot be transferred.
The thing your missing is that Amazon are very good at linking accounts where someone is trying to evade a suspension. If they haven’t already made the connection, they will do at some point - they will freeze funds plus any stock with FBA.
