Return Address Verification Issue - Stuck in DISPATCH but says FAILED

Amazon required us to verify our Return Address and we asked for the Post Card a month ago. The STATUS was stuck in the DISPATCH state for a long time, still is actually. I kept calling AMAZON and asking them what was going on and they said to just keep waiting. I just heard that our office location got some returns instead of our warehouse. I checked the status again and it is still in DISPATCH but says failed due to us entering bad codes 3 times. This is 100% wrong as we never got the card to enter the codes. I am the only one that would enter the codes and know where to do it. This is causing very heavy auto part to be sent to an office on the other side of the country instead of the warehouse.

I talked to Amazon and they some very unhelpful advice.

- Check with local post office. This makes no sense at the status is still DISPATCHED.

- Tried to make it like it was our fault and said someone entered code 3 times incorrectly. We never got the code to try and enter it in and I am only one that would try.

- Ask for another postcard. This is the one will we have to do and pray that it works. It says we only have one more attempt and I am scared what will happen if Amazon screws this up again. I am seeing lots of complaints on here about sellers having their entire account taken down due to this issue.

Our main/corporate address has been verified but not our Return Address. The issue is with our Return Address.

I talked to a rep again ant they said they only options we have is to request another postcard. So, I have done this and hopefully this time Amazon tracking status works and it actually shows up to our warehouse. This is our last attempt according to Amazon and if this does not work I am afraid what will happen.

It is comical that Amazon makes us provide valid tracking for hundreds of a day of different packages coming from multiple warehouse across the country but Amazon cannot provide tracking or correct status update for a letter/postcard.
