This message came to me from Amazon can you help me to explain this message

We recently contacted you because you selected the legal entity “individual” when registering your Amazon selling account, which we understand is incorrect.
To proceed with account verification, you must register with the correct legal entity.

What happens if I don’t update the requested information?
Failure to update the requested information within 60 days of first contact may affect your ability to sell in Amazon UK and Amazon EU stores.

To select the correct legal entity, refer to the following information:

– Listed company: This is a publicly traded joint-stock company.

It’s fairly simple, if your not an individual selling your own second hand goods, your a business and should be registered as such.

devi registrarti come azienda che non puoi vendere come individuo poiché infrangerai la legge nel Regno Unito

@SellerApp_IT

ie. NOT New items.
You might be an individual person, but if you are buying items to sell for profit then you are a sole-trader (in UK)

If you’re italian you can change the UK site to italian language in the top right corner on the desktop site. Or use copy and paste it into DEEPL and you will understand it. It’s pretty simple what they are saying.
