Account Health Support Team - Call Me Now - Not Working

I’m trying to speak to someone about an IP allegation made by another seller using this form: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/account/health/contact-us?formid=4751

When I click the “call me now” button it says dialling, my phone doesn’t ring, then it says call ended.

Is anyone having the same issue or know how to actually speak to someone from this team. Seller Support have been useless and said they cant give a number or get them to call me back and the only contact is this form!

I can only sympathise I am afraid

I tried calling Support a few days ago. I think it took me 5 goes because all the other tries the call would randomly end - just silence. Then when I did get through to someone the line quality was so bad all I could hear was a very muffled chat that I had to give up.
