Two high value orders from the same address, should I be worried?
Hi,
this weekend have had two orders, from the same address for the same high value item BUT from different Amazon accounts with different names, but address/item matches. Just struck me as odd so have reached out to the account holders got a almost instant reply from both accounts under different names but the replies were wrote in a identical style (suggesting its the same person writing from both accounts) but signed email off with two different names…
my spidy sense is tingling. anyone else seen anything like this?

Hmm, does sound a bit suspicious
Have you exempted them from ‘refund at first scan’ ?
Make sure you send with adequate insurance cover.
Others may have further advice.

At the worst, they are hoping to get both items shipped in the same shipment. Then they could claim one item not received.
But personally, my default is that all orders are valid until proven otherwise. Or just go mad worrying about it.
Just ensure that you ship them using a tracked, insured service.

i sent both fully tracked+insurance but treated them separate orders so separate labels/tracking numbers. Both got delivered the next day and courier took a photo pod / gps at the delivery address of both orders/parcels in the picture.
